Francesca dePasquale is the creator of Hypermobile Musician, the online resource for musicians with hypermobility as well as the music educators that seek to support them. Hypermobile Musician provides free, educational information on the different types of hypermobility, how hypermobility impacts the musician, management strategies for pain, safe strengthening and movement, as well as nutrition and sleep, and additional resources. In addition to the website, coaching is available for individuals or groups, both for hypermobile musicians as well as music educators who wish to learn how to support their hypermobile students.
